Civil Services Scholarship Test
Centre for Civil Services announces SCHOLARSHIPS for meritorious aspirants to encourage the young talent towards Civil Services. Selection will be based on the Scholarship Test and selected candidates will be awarded a scholarship to cover their program fee, based on the merit in the Scholarship Test and their academic record. The program is scheduled to commence from October 2011.

Eligibility
- All the candidates who are eligible for appearing for the CS Preliminary Examination in May/June 2012 are eligible for the CCS Scholarship Test.
- If the candidate is availing any relaxation clause as specified by UPSC, he/she needs to furnish the relevant documentary evidence to CCS for claiming the eligibility.
Selection for Scholarship is based on the Screening Test of UPSC Civil Services standard which will be held at selected towns/cities during August/September 2011 on multiple days/dates. The screening test will consists General English, GK & Current Affairs and Quantitative Aptitude for 2 hrs duration, 120 marks.
Application forms can be downloaded from www.ccshyd.org and submit along with supporting documents, Registration & Test Fee Rs.500/- in the form of Cash or DD favoring NICET Society, payable at Hyderabad, on or before 30th June 2011.
Test Centres
The Scholarship Test will be conducted at the following centres on multiple dates.
Ahmedabad, Allahabad, Amritsar, Bangalore, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Cochin, Coimbatore, Dehradun, Delhi, Guntur, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Jammu, Kanpur, Kolkatta, Lucknow, Madurai, Mangalore, Mumbai, Nagpur, Patna, Pune, Raipur, Ranchi, Surat, Tirupathi, Trivandrum, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam & Warangal.
If the sufficient number of candidates are not enrolled for any of these centres, the enrolled candidates will be asked to attend the test at their nearest test centre. The examination schedule will be communicated to all the registered candidates and also published on the website.
The society reserves the right to alter/cancel the scheme/schedule at any point of time and no arguments or communication in any form shall be entertained in this regard.
